Are AARD products certified?

All fabrics we use for AARD APPAREL are certified under the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and were under Fair Wear Standards produced in India. The basics cloths get then send to Germany where they receive their finish. For printing we use a water-saving method, to make our products as sustainable as possible.

What happens when I return a product?

If you return your product within 14 days after purchase, we are refunding you the full price. But wait, there is more. You can even after year still return your AARD products within our Trade-up-Recycle program. There you will receive a 5 € voucher for your next purchase in the AARD shop, while we are taking care of re- and upcycling of your products.

What about the Trade-up-Recycle program?

In order to enlarge the product lifecycle of all our products as much as possible you can send us any AARD products you purchased ever to receive a 5 € voucher per product for your next order in the AARD APPAREL online shop. We are checking out your used product and will offer it, in our second hand store where it can be purchased at very low cost. If the product is not usable anymore we will upcycle it and create something new and amazing out of it. If, however, even the fabric is not usable anymore, we will take care of recycling. For example our organic cotton can be recycled to become paper or new textiles.

How long does the shipping take?

All AARD products are fabricated in small amounts leading to slightly longer shipping times, if something is sold out. Usually you will receive your products within 5-10 work days within Europe. World wide shipping might take up to 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your location.
